Improve you volume consistency...

...This was actually pretty ace. I liked this alot. Great atmoshpere and a pretty novel concept. The designs and direction were really good. You're only massive downfall was that, with regardles to character animation, the volume consistency was garbage. Things just moved all over on the bodies. Noses grew and shrunk like nobodies business. It was ok at first, but it began to distract so. So really work on improving that.

All in all though, really good submission.

Yeah, I know... This usually happens with me, even when I'm using the onion skin feature. But I guess I'm geting better (you'll notice that if you watch my older animations).

It's really nice to see that I wasn't the only one who didn't shit out a movie that looks exactly like every other madness clone made. This is up there with Tim and NathanielMilburn's movies!

Gotta say. I'm really kinda dissapointed...

this had one of the collest stories, with the most rich characters and a wonderful world they populate. And it still does. But the series started off with really immersive full episodes with so much going on. They were completely involving. Now the last 2 or 3 are just a bunch of fancy tweens lodeged into a short clip where one key event takes place.

Each episode used to stand alone and had a full story that could be enjoyed by anyone. Now they're like bite-sized snacks that whet the appetite but never fill you up. I've was so looking forward to a finale that really would last and was memorable. I cna remmeber the whole first 5 episodes and yet I forget most of 8, 9, and 10 even though they're half as long.

Anyway, it's a shame, because you had a real flair and talent for storytelling. Now, even though the story is still good, I find myself sighing. Because all I really get to see are a bunch of pretty pictures.

So yeah. I'm really, really dissapoitned. I still voted 5 though; it's stil better than most of the garbage here.

This was more or less garbage. Everything needed lots and lots of work, except maybe the sound quality.

Well... Hmmm. This could have been so good, I'll say that. You really need to sharpen up your visuals. Clean it all up. Right now you lines and shit were everywhere. Just all over the place. Work on that, cuz they drawings could have been good an the animation was actually above par.

The main downfall though was the sound, and sound quality. Your sound was just terrible, all over. There was static and poor sound for most of the voices. I understand that they were ripped, but clean em up all the same. You effects were to loud and just didn't sound right. If you have music playing, you don't raise the volume of everything else above the music, you drop the music down.

So yah, really work up cleaning up your art, and getting crisp solid sound for you next piece, and it could be good.

Well, it wasn't great...

... but it still beats a heck of alot of the effortless shitspam we get in the portal. It was horrendously off sync, and please, try to clean up your drawins and stuff a little. Lot's of really rough edges, and it just didn't look as great as it easily could have with some time spent making sure things were smooth and clear.

Here's how I'll break it down. I like the song well enough. The attempt was good, though it was a pretty static music video in all. Not much happened, but your're just starting out, so that's ok. The graphics were decent, though not super original or really great. I didn't just close it, so there's that. Maybe spend mroe than just a week next time? And don't be afraid to experiment and try something a little more complex. It was simple, but still lacked elegance, so work on a stronger style.

Anyway, I voted 3.

This isn't really notice worthy in it of itself, but I see alot of potential there for you to practice and make some quality flash. This itself is just mediocre, if you keep at it, practicing all the time and whatnot, I figure in a years time you'll be submitting pretty good work and making a name for yourself. Possibly even some frontpage stuff.
